Big Tex Outdoors was started in 2014 to fill a gap that we believe existed in the firearms industry. Our focus is to provide the greatest selection of top-shelf gear at fair prices with the absolute best customer service in the business.
Most orders placed before 12pm will ship the same day. We even ship on (most) Saturdays too! Each package is insured (by us) for the full value of your order. If the carrier loses or damages your items, you’re covered! We refund or replace the order ASAP and you don’t have to wait for the carrier to process the claim.
Sometimes shipping delays happen with the carrier that are outside of our control. We offer a FREE $10 gift card to any order that takes more than 6 days to arrive at your door. Most orders arrive in half that time or less but delays do happen and when they do, we want to make sure you’re taken care of. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
One thing we’ve noticed with other companies is the lack of communication on where your order is. Our system will email you to let you know your order is confirmed, your order has shipped, when it’s out for delivery & even when it’s been delivered. We believe very strongly in keeping you as informed as possible every step of the way.
We only sell gear that we personally use and have first hand knowledge with. If you have a question we can answer it quickly & accurately because we have been there and used it ourselves. We’re shooters too and range time & training is a part of out life. We spend many hours on the range and in classes each year.
